Phoenix Energy Products™ became the largest residential installer in the United States for photovoltaic in 1982 working with BP Solar (formally Shell), Motorola, and Solavolt.
The Solar technology model for Phoenix Energy Products™ sparked its beginnings in 1976 starting the trend for Arizona. Since then PEP™ has fostered relationships among Arizonans including The American Indian Reservations.
As part of our government appropriation programs, The Navajo solar installs and training provided over $5 million dollars structuring the ground work for an energy independent Navajo Nation. Programs included building remote solar photovoltaic, prefab polystyrene buildings, and Hogans some built from the slab to completion in record time of three weeks.

Bonnie Katz - CEO/Vice President
She is the founder of Phoenix Energy Products and assisted in the first solar system install the Navajo Reservation in 1982. She has led PEP Industries which had over 300 employees also managing PEP Electric, PEP Construction, PEP Cold Storage, and PEP on 21 job sites around the state of Arizona. She has started up over 10 major companies over the years from solar, construction, electrical, cold storage, and industrial mix systems. Among the many businesses she has started she has been a liaison for Bank to Bank collections, Comptroller, Team Leader for a major fortune 50 company, and most recently managed prominent accounts in their entertainment division for customer's spending more than several hundred thousands of dollars a month.
Sean Monaghan - President
He has also been part of almost every start up business with Bonnie Katz. He has worked in every position from laying cable, roughing electrical, installing PEP panels for cold storage, working for PEP Construction, PEP Industries running payroll; job costing; blue print reading; banking, and also worked for Bonnie's industrial American Mix Systems. Thereafter Sean Monaghan attended electrical engineering at Devry University and continued in the work force entering the Information Technology industry. He worked as network operator, system operator, programmer, system administrator, system engineer, transition engineer, lead system engineer, and lead technical architect for a major fortune 50 company.
